Independently Published Copycat Recipes: Making the Cheesecake Factory Most Popular Recipes at Home

I have bought a ton of books just for 1 recipe of a copy cat Cheesecake Factory with no luck finding it. Then I see this book advertised and there is the recipe I've been looking for. It is laid out beautifully and tells the ingredients and directions to achieve what you are wanting. No unnecessary fluff.

When viewing the cookbook online it shows the pictures are in color. The book I received the pictures were black and white. The cover and back cover are in color. To me this is misleading. I gave 3 stars because I did not make any of the recipes. I returned.

This does happen in publishing, but usually the error is found first before manufacturing the title and then shipping. Ugly black and white photos of sushi and other Asian dishes.Not a single cheesecake in the entire book.

I bought it for my son's girlfriend, she loves the cheesecake factory, a little disappointed, no colored pictures.

As always, making things at home is less expensive than going out. That said you must be careful about using the proper ingredients and following the directions. Book is clear on both.
