I ordered it it arrived. My boyfriend took a bottle and put it in his truck went to the airport and I have some kind of super bug so my bottle is sitting on the counter. I have not left the house to test it out, but I ordered the product to ship. Shipping came in. Good packaging. Was good quality of it looks good. I haven’t pushed the button.

My POM pepper spray came as advertised, one clip on and one keychain model. Theyre perfectly sized, dont look suspicious or overly tactical like some self defense items. I'd recommend it - an effective non-lethal deterrent. This is a purchase to replace my own because I ended up passing them on to someone who needed it.

I have this for walking my dog around our neighborhood. Sadly a couple of our neighbors have aggressive dogs and they have got loose a time or two. My little white floof dog is no match for them, so I need extra protection when they approach in an aggressive manor. Sadly, one dog in particular has jumped up on me to get to our dog and would not let us leave. A shot to the face, and the dog immediately backed down, but approached again, so another shot sent him running home. I do not enjoy pepper spraying a dog, but I'm not going to allow me or my dog to be threatened because others don't know how to properly corral their pets. I checked on the dog later and he was fine. Hopefully I never have to do that again! This kit contains 2 different form factors. One with a convenient pocket-clip for EDC, the other with a detatchable keyring. I added a retractable keychain to my dog's leash, and attached it with that, so in an emergency I don't have to bother with detatching the keyring, I can just grab it. The easy safety system means I only need to put my finger under the safety flat to instantly deploy the product. Other systems require an unlock step to ready the device. This one is pocket safe, yet instantly deployable, a big win to me! My recommendation is if you get this, practice the steps of grabbing and putting your thumb (or finger depending on your preference) on the release button. Over and over, practice the steps, just don't press the button! When the time comes you don't want to be fiddling with how to deploy it. Get that into muscle memory and then you'll be ready for that time, hopefully never, when someone or some animal makes you feel threatened for the safety of you or your loved ones.

I love this product and I'm only giving it 4 stars because they sent me the wrong color but other than that I appreciate the durability and ease of use of the product

My husband would use this on pizza if I would let him. He's a little too intense with hot sauce. We have these so i can go walking without him having to go with me. It keeps me comfortable and not needing him to always go with me. Afterall, he clears the plates and pans i use for preparing supper so I can go walking. It is easy to use and sprays about 15 feet out and seems so sturdy, I could throw it at someone if needed.

Never expected to leave review on this, but my weapons course instructor advised us to get ourselves POM as less-lethal alternatives to carrying a firearm. Last night I was at a bar with my wife and female friend. Two aggressors were verbalizing and being threatening. I kept the girls behind me and vocalized that they were making us uncomfortable. Verbally deescalating very well, giving them distance (we backed up backwards for an entire block) before they started attempting to attack me. I sprayed the first aggressor who INSTANTLY hunched over and started trying to clear his eyes. (Worked nearly instantly as advertised—i’m beyond shocked how fast the reaction time was, i’m talking literally INSTANTLY started working). Second aggressor was sprayed shortly after getting my female friend out of the way and she surprisingly did not catch any of the overspray. Unfortunately, the aggressor did not react to POM until nearly 10-15 seconds after. After, he was crouched over on the sidewalk tearing and unable to attack us. I even got it on video but for the privacy of the aggressors, I will not upload it. I immediately called 911 to protect myself legally and to ensure first aid was rendered to the individuals and my victims. In case you aren’t aware - IANAL, 1. POM’s actuation is a lid that flips on hinges. PRACTICE sliding your thumb to the button to familiarize yourself with quick deployment of POM. 2. Spray and move: back up as you’re spraying to ensure you don’t catch some of your own particles. 3. Call 911 to make sure a report is either filed or police is notified. Just to make sure you don’t just spray and disappear and they call police and you get accused. Clip quality is cool. Ease of carrying is also cool. Safety is cool. Ease of use was clearly cool too. Cool pepper spray brand, did its job. Why the second aggressor did not respond to spicy spray instantly, I do not know. But it worked on both. Resort to pepper spray before ever considering using lethal means. Stay safe and God bless.

I accidentally washed one in my pants pocket and it didn't ruin my clothes or explode in the dryer so that's awesome. Haven't used them so can't speak to effectiveness lol. I'd recommend the key chain ones so you don't run into the same issue I had.
