Turned out to taste pretty good!
I didn't know what to expect because I've never been to Korea, and I've never had this prepared properly by someone who knows what they're doing. That being said, I like it a lot. It almost tastes similar to Cheerios cereal, and it definitely does not have a raw flour taste like I was expecting. There is no recipe on the package so I looked it up on a few blogs. This is what I used: 8 ounces (250ml) water 4 Tablespoons misugaru 1 Tablespoon honey A lot of people prepare it with milk, but I've heard that's not necessarily traditional from my friend who is from Seoul. She says people often prepare it with water. If you want to use milk, and if you tolerate milk, go ahead and use it. I've also seen several recipes recommending blending it in a blender with ice cubes to get more of a shake consistency, so I was afraid that just mixing it wouldn't be good, but even just mixing with water and honey was nice. I might omit the honey; I'm not sure it added much.

Delicious and healthy
I miss my home food. This item remind me of my childhood that I spent in Korea. I put some sugar to make it sweeter and use milk instead of water It will taste more yummy and tasty

Really tasty even though the ingredients don't sound that delicious!
I wanted to try Misugaru ever since I heard that Uee and many other people in Korea drink this to stay fit and healthy and its a great alternative to a heavy dinner. Its has all the carbs you need in the simplest form so its easy to digest. I drink it with cold milk and a little bit of honey and it tastes REALLY good! The only problem is that it doesn't mix well with cold milk which is understandable. I am drinking this every night as dinner and its great! I do warn people that you should also eat your vegetables, meat and other food as well because this does have very few calories. Since I am on a diet, I eat small portions of food all day and drink this at night as dinner!

It's not bad. Mixing it with organic milk
I use a teaspoon of this to flavor my smoothies when I want a roasted grain flavor. I doubt one teaspoon adds any nutritional value. It's not bad. Mixing it with organic milk, sugar and ice is a traditional Korean beverage which is tasty. I don't regret buying it but I don't see myself buying it again. It's a big bag so it will last a long time.

Tastes powdery but very very filling and rather healthy
I bought this as a dinner supplement as I'm trying to mantain my weight. I prepare a couple tablespoons of this mix with unsweetened almond milk for a cold drink that will leave me feeling full for a good amount of hours. I have to user a blender bottle and shake it really well and it's easily drinkable. The way I take it is not the sweetest or most thrilling beverage but it's super low calorie (I used a food scale and I pour about 20-30g into my drink) and I like feeling full and not hungry for snacks or anything else.

100% Cheerio taste!
It’s not bad. It’s 100% cheerio flavor. Surprisingly acceptable. Going into it I read many reviews that it tasted somewhat like Cheerios. No. It tastes like Cheerios. Not somewhat. The only gripe I have is.... 100 grams per serving. 10 servings per bag. I weighted out a serving and it’s almost 3/4 cup to a cup! That’s crazy. I used maybe 3 heaping tablespoons. Perfect. Still a nice body to the drink. I can’t imagine if I used 100 grams per serving my drink would be like a thick oatmeal (w/out oats) ! Four stars due to the serving size and only 10 servings per bag for this price.

Light and Delicious!
At first when I got it I didn’t know what to use with it besides the basic “misugaru latte” recipe. Since I’ve been trying to get a better grip on my eating habits, my normal “misugaru latte” was too thick and heavy on the grainy aftertaste. After playing around with it. I’ve found to incorporate fresh or frozen fruits to make it less grainy. It’s absolutely delicious and the misugaru has a light gentle aftertaste I absolutely LOVE!! I highly suggest to buy this for your on-the-go-breakfast smoothie or as snack, or even before exercising and you need something to boost you up without feeling heavy on you. I absolutely love this!
