seems very good in use but no instruction for charging time , two Velcro straps supplied but no instruction as to where and how to use , remote often needs a few tries to get main function working , however when it does work it does the job well enough , start on lowest intensity because some may find it can hurt at higher levels .

Build quality is superb, it looks premium and even has a USB-C connection which is rare! The remote is also rechargeable too which is a real bonus. The pad sticks well and after testing all modes it performs as expected, giving anything from gentle stimulation to a quite powerful (almost painful) massage. The heat function also impressed, it really warms up quickly and is a welcome addition. The remote is responsive and everything so far works as advertised and I am feeling the benefits (I have a very painful upper back/shoulder pain).The only issues I have (hence not quite 5 stars) is the touch sensitive buttons on the main component. Because you inadvertently touch them when trying to position the device. It's too easy to accidentally switch it on/off or changing some setting or other. This adjustment doesn't register any change on the remote, so basically you have to turn it all off and on again from the remote. I really don't know why there isn't a button lock feature. Also the pad is quite small so you are limited to targeting a smaller area. Neither of these are major issues though, I still recommend this device and so far I am happy with its performance.

Disappointed with the instructions also the details on the remote are so small they hard to read.The intensity of levels are very intense ,even the the 1 st levelAdhesion of the pad so poor it keeps dropping off.Wish I had replaced my tens with a I’ve used previous but thought this would be a upgrade with it being wireless and no leads,however probably one of the worst purchases I’ve made.

I used it for my back but not as good as the boots tens machine

I have used the 10 machine for scout a month used it about 4to5 times at first but down to wonce a day now it has helped lot

Only coming up relax. It's not doing anything else. No instructions. Don't know if this is faulty. Help.

Easy to use

I suffer with arthritis in my knees and needed a portable tens machine to wear at work.I did research and decided on this one. It sticks really, really well and the difference to my pain is day and night!!! I’m seriously considering buying a second one so I can wear one on each knee.Definitely would recommend.
