These ear muffs make a big improvement in the Quest 2 sound quality. Before, I had the volume maxed out and it was still too soft. With these muffs, the sound can be dialed back to 1/3.The quality of the sound is very good especially for low volume passages. Listening to symphonic music, the sound is a bit distorted when the full orchestra is playing loudly.Even so, these are a good value.

It's definitely different vs not having anything.i could put the volune on "1" and sometimes still feel like its too loud,but in a way where it sounds like if you had a cell phone in a cup to try and amplify the sound.sooo not so clear,but still loud overall.your better off just getting some wired in-ear headphones.they'd sound better ,probably waste less battery since your not using the speakers,isolate the sound better and not cover your whole ear.l which means less trapped body heat.Edit:Soooo......years later when Meta updated the quest2 recently to be able to use the headset while laying down I must say this product combined with the original cloth strap is my go to for viewing while laying down .the cloth strap is infamous for sawing the top of your ears off but when twisted and combined with this it actually works very well.my experience ever since laying down with earphones and the quest 2 hurt my inner ears from the pressure of buds so since these are silicone I don't have to worry about yanking wires ,ear pains ,ear sweat and rolling over on it and possibly breaking something.laying down and viewing and ease of use,I recommend 1000%.plus it's a super light setup and without a battery pack attached to the back you can literally lay flat and watch movies like a fat bastard on the ceiling.

It definitely improves the volume. I didnt care for the sound quality but definitely works

My quest 2 it was a replacement for my rift s and upon opening the box I was surprised that their were no headphones. I was, understandably, worried about the sound quality I was going to get from my games. I was so surprised to find the sound quality great as it was. I did notice that if I cupped my hand behind my ear that it was greatly improved. As soon as I looked into it I found these little gems. Better than headphones! You don't even know they are there and they boost the sound quality to another level. Keep in mind that these only seem to work with the standard quest 2 head strap, I upgraded my head strap and these would not fit anymore. Great overall!

These are great, was easy to attach them and they made the ears more comfortable when using the quest. After a while they do get them sweaty but that's to be expected

I was wondering about the sound from the headset not fully reaching my ears, so I cupped my hands over my ears and the speakers. The difference was amazing. So I looked for a product that would duplicate this effect. For $10 I thought I would try these, because the concept seemed to be sound, no pun intended.The problem is that they just hang by my ears, really doing nothing. If I cup my hands over them and seal them around my ears, the sound is great. That's how good headphones work. But I cannot and will not hold my hands to my ears while I am in VR.If the cups were of a firmer material that would provide a good seal around the ears, and a means of holding them there, then they would work. But these do not.I don't see how anyone could give these a positive review.

Very comfortable, doesn’t touch ears, but still unbelievably good sound!

Fits perfect..increases sound and blocks out other sounds. No need for putting ear phones on...slides on and fits perfectly ..comfortable. great for taking device off and on with no adjustment.

Au début je l’ai posé sur la sangle originale du quest. Le son est top! Ramené au premier tiers du volume. L’effet caisse de résonance donne l’impression d’un son spatialisé. J’ai bricolé sa pose sur une sangle type Kiwi et c’est toujours aussi efficace.

音質については、かなり良くなり満足です。残念なのは音量で、大きくなるのは良い所とも言えるが本体のボリュームを、最小の1目盛りにしてもうるさい！音量調整のあるアプリなら問題ないが、それ以外では、私には使えるものではなかった。物は良いだけに残念なところです。

商品自体は、耳に当たらない構造でしっかり没入感は上がった感じがしていいと思いますただ付けたまま仕舞おうとすると、大きくて入らないそれ用のケースなんて無さそうだから妥協しております

C'est tout bête mais encore fallait-il y penser 😄 ça marche nickel ces petits bouts de plastique, ça s'installe facilement et se règle au moins aussi facilement.Avant avec certains jeux je montais le son presque à fond et là si je suis à 1/3 c'est déjà beaucoup!Les bass Sony beaucoup plus prononcées grâce à ce petit dispositif. Je recommande!

音が外に漏れない具合はとても良い。本製品の問題ではないが、そもそもOculusのスピーカーにノイズがあるので、ノイズ音が気になる。
