Great beanie for my baby it works well and is legit. I did the phone test and it really blocked the emf. Recommend and going to get one in adult size for me. Happy with this purchase

Not gonna lie. I was expecting this to be garbage and not block any signal at all. But I put my phone in it and held it shut while my wife called my phone. It went straight to voicemail. Then I opened the hat but left the phone in it. It still wouldn't ring through. When I pulled the phone out, I saw that sure enough it didn't have any signal in the hat. So then I had my wife call my phone, I answered, and then while it was connected, I dropped the phone into the hat. The call disconnected immediately.I'm impressed. I only got the hat today, so I can't speak to its durability. But it certainly does what they say it does.My only complaint is that its a big small. But I also have a freakishly large head. It would be cool if they made a freakishly large size for people like me.

It is a hat for a infant! That part should be clearly marked for those of us who don't see every detail. Have to return it or pay $30 more for 1 that fits

I found the cap, because of the EMF shield lining, often slipped off my head. The lining, which is the most important element is silky and hard to keep on. It was a little big on me, even when I folded the border back. It might be more manageable if worn under something that is tight on the head. For others this may not be an issue.

Helpful that the description includes that it will not block Cell phone service if wrapped with beanie.

Great comfy hat, sleep seems to be better.

2/5/22 UpdateDefenderShield reached out to me after this review, and I described the sizing and styling issues. Their response back to me was basically a "checking of the box" that stated you have a large head that our Beanie doesn't fit so return it to Amazon so they can deal with it. What? Really? My big head measures 22.5", which is in the middle range of their child's size. Reducing the rating to two stars since the EMF is still excellent. See attached pictures of the lopsided hat where the thread seams are showing.Original Review:Ok, it’s a stocking cap so my expectations should be low, but…. I ordered adult and it barely fit my 7 year old. Then when I do get it on my head one side is higher then the other, and the seams face forward, thus making it look cheap. So I’m trying to wear a $50 emf protection hat that doesn’t draw attention, and this thing makes me look like a clown.On the other hand, when I put the Trifield TF2 next to my iPhone it goes nuts. Put the iPhone in the hat and it reads almost zero. So from that perspective it’s a win, though from style/looks perspective I might as well announce that I’m wearing an updated tinfoil hat.5 Stars for emf protection, 1 for fashion.

I took a chance and order two beanies without reviews, so I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I received them, I immediately check them by placing our cell phones in side, and couldn't receive calls what so ever. So I have to say, they work. Now for size, I got both adult sizes. They are a decent length and can fold to fit over my ears. I'm pretty much a normal size, but my hubby he has a bigger head than I. Mine was a bit snug, and he had to stretch his out a bit, then slipped it on. He likes it. After sleeping with it, It didn't slip off while tossing and turning, so I guess i like its a little snug. Its been 2 days now of wearing and its stretched out a bit and fits perfectly. I'm glad I bought them and keeping them.
