Poorly written and nothing new for most biohackers
I realise I am going against the grain here given the amount of 5 star reviews, but honestly I was really disappointed with this book. It looks like it was self-published, which I realise is no mean feat, but the authors could have at least paid for someone to proof-read it. It is full of spelling mistakes, but also sentences that just don't make sense and haven't been written well at all. I know no-one likes the grammar police but if I'm spending £25+ on a book I expect it to be well-written. It felt like the authors just wanted to make a few buck by writing a book about immunity at a time when they knew people's anxiety around the pandemic might compel them to buy a book on the topic, and that they wanted to publish it super fast so that no-one else could get there before them.In terms of the actual content. If you are familiar with the "biohacking"/health optimisation world, there might not be much that is new for you in this book. I guess I was hoping for really specific, actionable recommendations that I could take to specifically help my immune system (because I have chronic health issues caused by immune over-reaction). But what I got was the same general biohacking recommendations I could find anywhere - eat whole foods, try intermittent fasting, use cold therapy etc etc.Overall, a disappointing read.

Good content, but a very dense and needed proof reading!
The content here is good, but it's very densely structured and the style lurches between medical journal-ese, textbook and lazy simile in an attempt to make the content more accessible. The text could have done with being proof read and edited; there are many typos, errors of grammar and spelling (or the incorrect use of a word) probably due to one of the authors not having English as a main language. It has the feeling of being rushed and hurried to market, which given its content is understandable, but detracts from the book overall.

Invaluable
This book contains a vast amount of invaluable information, which is now, more than ever - important to take notice of. It does get a tad technical in parts, but provides summaries and action points which I found very beneficial.I do, however agree with one the other reviewers on their point about it needing additional proof read; but I am willing to forgive this aspect, as would much rather have access to the content sooner rather than later.Overall a superb book and well worth the asking price, given the content!

An excellent tome for overall good health
A very thorough and comprehensive view of how to augment and fortify the immune system; lots of clear clinical advice, irrespective of current virus concerns, which provide an authoritative explanation of how the body works and reacts to different stimulae, together with the benefits of appropriate supplementation.
