NO AFTER SERVICE - Performance issue and No Support where to Go Customer Service.
Performance issue and No Support where to Go Customer Service. WIFI keeps on disconnecting - Not working Good LAN too. Wrote to the seller, but not response from seller. I would recommend not to buy this as there is no after service.

Works but is a but sluggish
This works fairly well for watching things but the menu's can be sluggish and take time to come up after you press the button.

I have used this box for about 3 months and it works ok some freezing I also purchased BuzzTV XR4500 which is a much better product I strongly recommend buying the 4500

Record
The box cannot record unless the program is being viewed.. That is not beneficial to me.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. WORSE SUPPORT
Peice of junk. Terrible device and even worse service. I received this device. Turned it on and got a device not authorized screen. The box as per my image mentioned reaching out to their "support". I spoke with their customer service and all the sent back was buy direct from the site next time. Buzz list my business after this! Hopefully enough customers stopping buying these so they get it together

It does not last not even for 6mths. Hard to find manufacturer.
I bought this product in June 2021 and 4months later the box was as dead as a door-nab. I am so upset and disappointed.
