Small cheap, but can be a high impact device!
This insert changed my size 9 Easton Mako M8 EEs from a good compromise for my wide foot, to a pair of really precise and comfortable skates, really helping my performance as a recreational hockey player. It simply made me feel more in contact with my skates and the ice. My old Makos are now retired for a new pair of Bauer Supreme S190s EEs (bought on black Friday :)..), that I'm currently breaking in and even though the Bauers are more snug and tight than the Mako's, my toes are also here wiggling a bit too happily and made me order a new pair of inserts from Powerfoot. I'll let you all know how it goes, but I can't see how this can be a $25 wrongly spent based on my previous experience. Small and cheap thingy, but can have a big impact on how you're able to use your expensive skates...

Pain Free
I’ve been skating for almost 40 years and have seen every gimmick there is (even tried a bunch). Recently I purchased a 1/2 size larger skate than normal due to lack of inventory and curiosity of roomier skates. The first time I wore them I thought I made a huge mistake. I was in such pain, primarily shin pain. I’ve experienced mild shin pain in my playing days before but nothing like this. After a short time on the computer doing research I came across these and instantly thought they were a gimmick. I was out of options so I gave them a shot and boy do I wish I’d have known about these sooner! The second I stepped on the ice I could feel a difference. I ended up using the foam pad with the shim figuring they’d slim down after a few uses. These are so amazing for my needs. I had an absolutely pain free skate as my toes weren’t moving all around in my skate. It also felt like I had so much more control! I will never skate without these again.

Great product but poorly applied with the adhesive tape.
These are awesome. They are very good but the glue on them goes away very fast. Only lasted me 4 months and then they started coming off. I think because of the skates absorbing water from the ice or sweat from the sock.

1000% recommended. Got rid of my blisters
This came highly recommended to me by my nephew. We both play ice hockey. (Top level) Kids parents would buy them skates to grow in to. So blisters were an issue. I just bought myself a new pair of skates and they were just a bit large. Well, then came this product. Wow! Wow! Wow!!! Is how I felt the first time I used them. It solved my , little too big on my foot skates issue. 1000% recommended.

These make my skates fit perfect!
I had to get new skates before this season as my last pair took a few too many beatings. The upgraded skates fit pretty well out of the box, but there was *so* much room over my toes. I'm not sure if it's because i finally have a wide skate or what, but it was a little disturbing how nothing was anywhere over them as there had always been something there with my other skates. I heard about these by accident (here on Amazon actually) and did some research and am so glad I got them! They slide in really easy and my skates fit like a glove now. They're soft so there's no pressure placed on your toes, it just fills it in perfectly. Now, not only have the skates baked to my feet nicely, my toes feel perfectly at home too and I don't have to think about my skates at all now. *Highly* recommend if you've got any extra room in the toe box as they keep your full feet on the bottom of the skate, where they're supposed to be. Update: A little over 3 years later (my skates are that old??), these are still awesome and keeping the toe box of the skate fitting great.

These didnt do much for me
These were pricey for what they are. I have a slender foot and appreciate having a better feel for the toe box in my skates, but cant say they affected my skating much if at all.

Best Quality Product and Great customer service!
Adrenaline Powerfoot is the best product out there. Keeps my toes to the bottom of skate for more power, plus helps with extra room in skate if you're a quarter size instead of a whole half size. I also spoke to them and purchased another set for my roller blades. Used in CCM Tacks and Bauer Supreme 1S skates. They also have other products like performance jocks. I actually purchased their Skate Sock Velcro Straps. Great Products and Great customer service. highly recommend!

Improved feel.
I love these things! At first when I started using them I wasn’t sure. Well I upgraded my skates and immediately knew I had to get another set. I had forgotten they were there they are so comfortable. Once I got my new skates my toes would noticeably curl up into the free space. So much movement I felt they might get blisters on the sides where they contact each other. Then I got these agin and while I’m sure my toes still curl they do so more slowly and controlled with a soft cushion above them. Felt great just like my old skates that had these. As far as durability the first ones were a year old and still working like new. I use my skates several times a week. During season I coach youth hockey twice a week. Play once a week and do a couple public skates. So they seen a ton of use. Overall I’d recommend these for comfort and the fact they are durable making them a one time purchase unless you change skates. As far as improved speed or power I don’t think they provide any. At least nothing I notice.
