This is a reversed 90 degree riser!
Overlooked the orientation in the product picture, and the product description or title did not mention it was a reversed riser.This is a riser card that has the 90 degree slot facing UP towards the CPU.The "height" is 2 units high. The riser's slot sits 2 PCIe slots away from the motherboard PCB.Probably useful for vertically mounting a GPU. Pretty well built and comes with the insulation pad applied on the backside of the slot.

Great Value for a Left-Angle Riser Card.
GPU-Z registers that this card runs up to Gen4 speeds. It also fits snugly within my 50mm tall chassis.

its a left angle 90
this thing is pci-e 3.0 and will not work with 4.0 and its at a left 90 which means any card you put in it will be facing mass down toward your motherboard heatsinks.

Useful to potentially vertically stand a card but would need a lot of head room
I bought it as I have a bottom pcie slot very hard to use cause it's so close to the PSU cage. Doesn't directlysolf my problem because I have to many other cards above and it just makes my problem vertical but that's my own fault.
