Small part but big fix!
Our pool waterfall stopped working. We had a pool service come out and tell us we needed a new actuator-a few hundred dollars. We researched online and found that the (two) microswitches often break. We replaced the microswitches with these and we now have a waterfall flowing again! Also, very easy to install. Saved a LOT of money, too.

Pool Valve Actuator Micro Switch review
Easy to install and well worth the price if this revives my old pool valve. Can't tell if it works since I paid to have a new valve installed. Keeping the old valve with new micro switch installed as a possible spare. Certainly the price is right for the micro switches. It happened again several years after having the pool tech come out and replacing the whole valve with a new one at a cost of almost $300. This time I was ready so I installed my old valve with the new micro switches and voila, it worked fine! Apparently this is a weak point with this pool valve and for $13 worth of micro switches, it's a no brainer to try the switches first before calling out the pool tech. If you're at all handy with your hands, it's worth the gamble that a micro switch change will cure your problem. Even if something else is the problem, it's still worth it to purchase a new valve and try fixing it yourself before calling a tech. You'll end up with a spare valve at worst but it'll come in handy should a valve ever go bad again.

Micro Switches Fixed My Pool / Spa Valves (Big Savings)
All reviews were spot on. These little bookers solved my Pentair pool valve issue. I order a replacement CVA-24 valve because it stopped working in the wrong position and cause my spa to drain back into the pool. I ordered a valve just in case the micro switches did not resolve my problem. Low and behold thy worked. I will keep the valve as a spare. I saved myself at a least $250 to $350 on a repair bill by reading the reviews and doing the repair myself. Quick Fix! Thanks to everyone that provided reviews on this product, Go Pool Guys!! Easy to install however connectors were narrower and longer than ...
OEM Pentair part costs ~$50 (which would also include cam actuator arms which seldom go bad), therefore aftermarket part a bargain. Easy to install however connectors narrower and longer than OEM part requiring slight crimping of the two actuator electrical fasteners for a snug fit. Can not comment yet on durability.

Worked as advertised.
I was on my third replacement ComPool valve and did not want to purchase another especially with the plandemic price surge! I figured I’d give the microswitch replacement angle a try. Saved a bunch of money and they fixed the problem. Hopefully they last. Installed them about 2 months ago… so far so good.

Perfect replacement for valve actuator
Perfect replacement for the burned out switches on a Pentair/Compool valve actuator (CV-24T/L). Easy to replace, no wiring skills needed! These switches will save you money! No need to buy a new valve actuator...just replace the switches and it works like new!

Perfect replacement!
I used these switches in a Hayward CVA 24 automated valve which was only turning one way. I had to remove the metal contact tabs from the originals and reinstall on these new switches which took a little pushing and prying to get them to pop in place, but they fit just fine. The valve is again functioning as it should!

switches worked but Actuator valve did not stop properly
Replacing the switches was an easy task and the actuator immediately began working as it should. Within 2 month the actuator began turning too far so the spa waterfall would not work properly. This could be an entirely different cause but I ended up buying a new actuator valve anyway - just 2 months later.
