For the price, very good
OK, these aren't gonna be anything close to what you can get with a local or small coffee roaster who will be able to supply you with much fresher coffee. But hey, these are 1/3 of the price. I ordered my first bag after becoming fed up with the red Lavazza beans which were just overly chocolatey and not much else. These ones are a bit smoother than the lavazza beans, still have some chocolate taste but a hint of nuttyness and a bit of fruit too. One thing I would say is that the beans pour a lot better than they look in my Sage Barista Pro machine. The beans are very shiny/oily which usually indicates old beans where the oils have evaporated from inside the bean to the surface, and this might be the case given the expiry date of Nov 2021 (ordered in March) - usually expiry dates of such beans are about a year from roasting date so this indicates they were probably roasted in Nov 2020. However, a very even and fine pour even at higher grind settings than the Lavazza beans (5 as opposed to 2). I will definitely be ordering again and might even give some other Planet Java beans a go.

Moderate strength and taste but hardly any aroma
The taste of this coffee is of moderate strength without an acidic flavour/aftertaste (unlike the Lavazza which oozes with an acidic aftertaste). However, it does not have an aroma scent like its Brazilian or Columbian counterpart, which is a shame.

Great
Great taste when made correctly. Will buy again.

Not very good
Compared to Lavazza, or other known and trusted brands this coffee is not good. Mediocre flavour and On the package does not mention 100% Arabica which is a red flag.

Great tasting Coffee
Really Enjoying this great tasting Coffee. I'm mostly using this coffee in my Delonghi Bean to Cup Machine. This is my 2nd Planet Java Coffee and both have been absolutely great. I plan on buying them both again to decide which is my favourite but I'm slightly leaning towards the Planet Java Brazilian Santos 100% Arabica Coffee Beans. While this one has great flavour the Brazilian seemed a bit stronger.
