The ankle straps work very well and appear to be well constructed. The extra strap is useful to prevent the enclosure from riding up your leg however, that extra strap assumes a front or back placement of the D-hooks on your ankle. If you desire a side placement of the D-hooks, the positioning of the bottom strap is a bit awkward. The bottom strap may work best for people with small ankles. I think most people will find it possible to wrap the enclosure tight enough to prevent upward movement on their legs. The size of the ankle enclosure is probably a "medium." People with large ankles may find the wider spacing between the 2 D-hooks difficult or uncomfortable to attach a carabiner.

I looked these straps but they are a too big for my legs I still use them but have to adjust them a lot they are great i have to wear this rocks to keep them from falling down and that tends to help

They are perfect for working out, I take it to the gym with me all the time because the ones at the gym don’t have that thing that holds under your feet.Works perfectly, I have used it for 1 year now and it still looks great.

good product and great quality But you can't use it with out shoes incase you were thinking of using them with out shoes.

Works with my total gym. The only complaint I have is that they slip a bit once my workout begins and I cannot make them any smaller.

Love these! So much more effective than your average ankle strap with the singular ring. The under-foot strap and the plethora of rings provide so many more options and variations on the cable machine. A tad awkward at first in you’re used to the standard strap, fair warning, but worth getting used to!

Needs an adjustable strap.Fit my larger ankle and no pressure on shin.Large enough buckles to clip carabiner easily.I returned because of useless foot strap.

Had a knee joint replaced. Strap is excellent for pulling on foot for stretching exercises. More comfortable than just using a belt or c strap to do same.
