Pros:1. Easy to learn, my 9 years son learnt it in 3 days. But he was already skating and cycling.2. Most common model that I see in my apartment. So this model is very popular.3. Flexible for undulation motion, that kids does to balance and move the board forward.4. Sturdy and the board has been good for past 2 moths with daily usage.5. Hex keys provided to tighten screws.Cons:1. Screw falls off once a while, so kids have to be careful to not fall off.2. Also, kids need to be told to collect the screw, once it falls off. WIthout the screw, the board will be useless.

Strauss has no after sales service as confirmed with their call centre on the dedicated wapp number.After which there was no response on wapp.The email listed on their website is also invalid.So even for a small breakdown - we need to discard the entire piece and buy a new one.Feels like a cheap Chinese import by an Indian outfit without any service facilities in place; just out to make a quick buck.

Bought this in the month of june and within a month, the front wheel was broken and all the ball bearings came off. Tried whatsapping the company to order a new set of wheels but no proper response from the team. Better go for Decathlon product, atleast they provide spares and support
