I SERIOUSLY HAD OMNI-WOOL SOCKS FOR 10 YEARS. I WASHED & HUNG THEM UP TO DRY. AND THEY WOULD SAY WHAT SIZE..NOT LARGE & EXTRA LARGE..THIS IS USA..SAY THEY SIZE..10-12...12-15..COME ON!!!!! THE SOCKS FROM AMAZON WERE TERRIBLE,ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.ONE WASH & SOME WERE COMING APART..

The company mailed me lambs-wool blended socks. You can tell when they are lambs wool because they itch slightly until you break them in. Merino wool has a very smooth texture that does not itch at all. Some wool is better than no wool at all and the price isn't that bad even though they're not Merino wool socks. Therefore, I'm keeping the socks. But it still irks me that they're trying to pass off lambswool as Merino wool. Obviously this company is inconsistent about what they mail their customers. They don't think that people will be meticulous about the sock material being advertised--WRONG!

Just received these. They are now just 25% wool, according to the box. Quite thick, as you would expect from Polyester-Acrylic blend socks. Not at all what I need; I wouldn't wear them for hiking, and they are too thick to wear for other purposes.

These sox are kinda odd. They are much thinner than one would expect although to be fair they do list them as "light" and that they are. If you're looking for ultra-soft comfy merino wool sox you'll probably do better elsewhere. It isn't like they are bad sox, but they are very thin compared to what a hiking sox usually is.

These socks feel heavy and warm. I bought several packs so that we could put a pair in each of the goody bags we assembled over the holidays to hand out to those who are without a home or shelter. It’s getting cold outside. I hope these socks will be as warm as they feel.I am not sure how they fit since we did not try them on, but they look as though they will fit as expected.

These are very comfortable and cushioned, but not so thick as to make your shoes or boots too tight. They seem warm, but surprisingly my feet have not sweated too much with them. I have not washed any of them yet (just got them a week ago), and I am hoping they feel the same after wash.

Bought these socks for my sons. Both outdoors men that wear $$ merino wool socks. They both are very happy with these! Warm and comfortable and fit great! They even wash excellent. I will be buying more for the great price in the future!!

The extra large are actually extra large and I am very happy with that! I always have problems finding socks that fit well. So I just ordered two more sets!
