ChapStickClassic (1 Box of 12 Sticks, 12 Total Sticks, Original Flavor) Skin Protectant Flavored Lip Balm Tube, 0.15 Ounce Each

I ordered these because I was specifically looking for the old-style Black Tubes with White Caps. The fact that it said it would come in a Chapstick box also moved me to buy it. As the picture shows I reuceived navy blue tubes with navy blue caps, and not in the case. I returned it and asked for what was pictured, but I received the exact thing again.

Is this some sick joke?! There needs to be a zero star button. Item description states the product is 1 pack of 12 chapsticks. I purchased 3 12-packs of chapsticks which should have totaled 36 chapsticks all together. Instead, I received 3 total individual chapsticks.

I love chap stick and ordered this box to avoid all the packaging that comes with a single tube. But don't believe the photo--every chap stick was packaged in a large plastic rectangle to be hung from a nail in the store. So I was disappointed that this didn't live up to the presentation.

Did not arrive in the box. Arrived in an unlabeled bag. Moisturizes fine. Good for sensitive skin.

Previously I stated that I didn't receive the proper amount, but I found the missing chapsticks that had fallen out in the shipping package. So sorry for the previous poor rating. Everything was delivered as described. I'll try to be more alert the next time, lol.
