I was able to follow online tutorials and connect and use this Camera on an Arduino Uno. I did find the default settings to be non-functional with a Mega and I was not able to determine what needed to change. With the Library I used, and the full resolution settings, it's very slow. Not so much Video as the refresh rate of an early 2000s photobooth. I haven't tried grayscale or a lower resolution yet but I imagine they'll be a bit quicker. I'm hoping to use it for a robot vision system. That may require a higher level of MCU.

If you like the manual set up of all the wires and pins, you'll love the project and may find it interesting. However, I found that it was quite cumbersome to set up the device for use, and I would recommend buying slightly more expensive product if your not interested in the long wiring process as some products will be quicker to set up.
