I’m a bit skeptical the reviews are real. Seem to be the same message just worded slightly different and not like I’d expect real people to talk like.I purchased these with the hopes they would be comfy and breathable. I was disappointed by the breath ability. It’s like walking around in garbage bags. My feet are drenched, completely soaked after a full days wear. My feet sweat and I thought these would allow good air flow and keep my feet somewhat cool, but the do not breathe at all. The seller uses misleading description. It says in MANY places: breathable premium leaner “. You buy and realize that it’s not. And yes, only in one place it says “faux leather”. Faux leather breathable and premium??? Once you read it’s premium leather, you don’t really look for more details about the material. Bad.Don’t buy. Free sweating on this “premium breathable leather”.Other than this cheating, shoes could have been quite nice - lightweight and comfy.

I purchased these for my husband and he says they are the most comfortable shoe he has ever wore! Even though he owns shoes by top designers that were hundreds of dollars, he prefers these! I thought they would be good for around the house but he wears them every where. I must get a few more pairs because he wont wear anything else now. Also, I should mention that he has had several foot surgeries and suffers from painful feet, but says there is no pain with these shoes! Amazing!

There are not real leather, found one place that said they were synthetic leather. Not sure how you hand stitch synthetic leather. They do not breathe... not a good deal.I was duped.

I was looking for a new pair of casual summer shoes and I wanted something with a little bit of style and comfort without spending a king's ransom. Let's start with style. In real life I can tell you that these shoes are very photogenic. Unfortunately they look a bit dorky while on my feet. Comfort, they are light and quite comfortable. I stubbed and jacked up my big toe on my left foot a couple of days ago and the comfort of these shoes made me forget that happened. I am impressed with the comfort.Here is where things go a little off for these shoes.They smell. They smell like the inside of a tire warehouse.They squeak, like every step brings a squeak.Don't wear them without socks. I did that for 2 hours and my feet were sweating like a whore in church.The build quality of these shoes is poor. The inside looks like a cheap, cheap shoe.I really wanted to like these shoes, but they were a mistake.

The description lists these lace-ups as loafers. I saw laces in the picture but given the description as loafers, believed that the laces were decorative, especially since the ends of the laces are not shown. If you want loafers, you know, slip-ons, keep looking. You would think that a shoe vendor or maker would know that in America, a loafer is not a lace-up. I cannot speak for other countries whether English speaking or otherwise. Do an online search for loafers and see if any lace-ups are found - they are not.These are light and flimsy and the sole is too thin, without arch support and sufficient mass to protect your feet on rough surfaces. I tried them on and instantly realized that these are not for outdoor use unless you don't mind stepping on a pebble and feeling it underfoot. I was about to return these and then it occurred to me that they are ok for indoor use, similar to a slipper or moccasin if you don't mind hassling with laces. So I left them at my daughter's house for the occasions that I visit her. These are suitable for this purpose, but beware if you plan on outdoor use. I suspect that the entire line is as flimsy as these low-rise lace-ups. I would not buy from this seller again. These ain't your Nike's.

I really love the shoes! They feel like a set of high top moccasins. I definitely recommend putting in a different insert in the shoes. Because the one that comes in them is very thin.But once I put an aftermarket insert in the shoes they Felt awesome. I definitely will be buying a second pair in the future. I would’ve gave them five stars but I had to put the insert in to make them a little bit more comfortable to my liking.

I can only speak for me because people have different foot issues. My favorite shoes are NO shoes but these come mighty close to that for my taste. I only wear shoes for short periods and then it's no shoes or house shoes again. These are very soft, lightweight, and flexible not to mention good material, workmanship, and price. Depending on maker I wear 8-9. I chose 8.5 just in case and got lucky since not there to try on. I would recommend some thin no-see footies if not wearing socks to protect lining, sweat will ruin any shoe lining that is glued in. I love these. I have noticed there are several shoes and styles that have the "5" logo on them and ordered a pair like these in army green and can only hope the same shoe maker made them too. It might be wise to click on image inside shoe and see if it says FIVESTORECITY or something else, don't know yet, if a bad imitation arrives will re-review and say so. I'm a happy camper with these with this brand.
