*UPDATE: it says to fold it (once) and drape it over your finger - tonight that didn’t go so well, it started to dissolve and was just stuck to my finger and wouldn’t come off. Finally I just removed my finger and threw away the film. I had much better luck FOLDING IT TWICE! I’m going to do that from now on. Ugh, it’s so gross all dissolved and just stuck to your finger.*After reading reviews I was worried bc people were talking about it dissolving too quickly. I made sure that I folded it then I had it almost draped over my finger tip as I inserted it. I also tried to work kind of quickly, knowing that it would begin to dissolve. I didn’t experience any burning - however, I use a menstrual disc so I’m used to having to sort of reach far up in there. I made sure that I got the film as high up as I physically could so maybe that’s why I didn’t experience any burning? I did insert it about an hour before sex - When you’re married and have kids, sometimes you never really know if it’ll happen or not. Lol that also being said, I think there could be times where the “wait 15min” could turn us off from these. We’ll see! So far, I’m a fan!

Best birth control that I have found since I can't take the pill or anything hormonal. Super easy to use. Just wish the strips worked faster then the 15 min u have to wait (the gel kind is instant but slimy so MOST of the time we wait the 15 min) It has given me the start of a UTI a few times if used numerous times a day for few days in a row but drinking lots of water & cranberry juice/ pills seems to cure that quickly.

Been using these for years. The one time we didn't, my belly began to swell with a little human. And wouldn't you know, a baby was born about 9 months later. Umm. Excuse me. Eh, gotta go. I need to make a purchase.
