My little grandson who was 3 when he got this was so into Power Rangers. He put it on and wore it for days. I think I ordered a 4 so it would go a little longer but because of the style it was okay that it was a little big. I don’t know his measurements but he is on the smaller size for his age. He is 4 now and it still fits him.
