MotoFab Lifts F15-2.5 - 2.5 inch Front Leveling Lift Kit That is compatible with F150

The overall quality seems good, especially for the price. My overall ride quality was effected, it is a little more stiff, but less than I had expected. I was able to fit 34.6" X 11.5" wide tires on +12mm offset wheels without any trimming or rubbing.The install went alright. They say it can be done without a spring compressor, which is true, but it would definitely be easier with one. Fitment of the strut on the install is tight.My only gripe is the bolts that fasten the strut spacer to the strut mount. They are socket head hex bolts, but they should really be flange head, or at least include washers. If you install this with the supplied bolts you ABSOLUTELY need washers beneath, the supplied bolt head is barely larger than the strut mount holes. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Overall I am happy with the product. The page makes it seem like install is no big deal but it is not an easy task in the driveway. If you have access to a lift that would make it much much easier. You also need to be good at putting a front in back together. I am mechanically inclined but had no experience doing this work before. It made me very nervous to remove so many nuts and parts in my truck. But I got it done and youtube has some good resources for you. I have included my before and after pictures. I am hoping to go up in tire size soon to look a little more aggressive. Also, you will need an alignment when you are finished.

Product is as advertised, fit my 2016 F-150. Ride quality seems well, no creeking or weird noises from up front. Pretty happy with the product and will be backing this product whenever I get questions asking what my setup is on my F-150.Will be editing this review in a few months to keep future buyers up to date on quality.

Well where do I start. After doing extensive research I bought the Motofab 2.5” level kit for my 2019 F-150 XLT Supercrew cab. A Ford dealership was going to charge $1250 for a front level kit installed. A 3rd party garage was asking $850 with me supplying the parts.I phoned a friend (master mechanic with over 30 years experience). It took us 3 hours to install even after reading instructions and watching the video’s. Pretty straight forward but had it’s challenges. Passenger side was easier than the driver’s side. The big issue is all the brake lines and ABS wiring. You have to disconnect wiring all the way up and try not to pop a fluid line.The kit itself is super easy to fit to the struts. It’s the take out and install that’s a challenge.The look of the truck is now awesome. Money well spent. The Motofab kit is quality material and worth every penny. I saved $1000 doing this with a friend.

Overall I’m happy with this kit. Install was pretty easy, i used to be a certified mechanic so I’ve done a few of these, but with a decent set of tools and some common knowledge it’s not that bad, there are some decent YouTube videos to help. This kit had everything included to install, seemed to be good quality and after test driving my truck after it drives pretty nice, a little stiffer but still feels comfortable. I’ll update if I run into alignment issues. I’d would definitely recommend to someone looking to level their truck, for the price I couldn’t see spending more the double for almost the same thing.
