no unfortunately i have acid reflux and can only eat roasted ones as well. try fishers roasted pecans, they dont use any other oils and dont need to. its right on their package.

Q: i just got my first package and when i reached to open - noticed there are a couple of small holes in the package -surely not supposed to be there?

I received a bag a couple days ago and I found the same thing. Very very tiny pin holes. I thought my cat poked it. But now I wish I had sent them back. I ate some and I'm still ok. Hope it's not too late.

Q: Do you toast/microwave these?

These generally do not need it. However for a treat, I have sauted on top of stove after tossing in bowl to lightly coat with a few drops of liquid coconut oil, a pinch of salt, cinnamon to taste and a touch of honey. Yum, yum.

Crunchy Creamy Delicious Pecans
