Growers Pride Kissabel Apple Pack, 4 pack

Thought I'd give these a try. Me, I must try everything at least once before I die (within reason, that is.)Very unusual apple with an interesting flavour. Seriously, they are pink inside. No, really! Pink!! They are sort of sweet and sour, but just the right amount, so as not to be overpowering. Can't wait to buy again. Highly recommended.

These apples are lovely - they have a great tangy sweet flavour and are a nice change from the usual apples you get in the shops.

Flavour is slightly sharp (not Granny Smith level, more Braeburn?) texture crispy. Nice to eat but probably not sweet enough for me to eat again. Amazing colour when you bite into it, makes you do a double take! Worth a try just for the experience!

Really tasty and interesting in being red inside. Nice they are grown in the UK. Recommended.

They don't have a lot of flavour but the pink flesh is rather novel. However the huge (and unnecessary) amount of wax on the outside is disgusting, so you have to peel them. Peeling apples makes them promptly less good.
