Great heavy duty Calipers, Exactly what I wanted

does the job with leather as wanted some for marking up and marking sewing line. Just over 7 1/2 inches in actual height but easier to handle and hold. My only Cavet is that will have to keep eye on them and clean them as they will probably rust if left lying around for a time. The mechanism is stiff but just squeeze together and can easily adjust bolt, better stiff than loose and not keeping ficked space.

Whilst I am sure there are better built dividers on the market. I only needed a divider to mark out dovetails evenly and didnt want to spend a fortune. These do the trick very nicely. Tip: coat the dividers in wd40 when you get them as I believe these are made of mild steel and are likely to rust if not kept coated. Overall very happy with my purchase. Would recommend

Does what I needed it for, sturdy compass

The media could not be loaded. The adjusting screw threads are misaligned, and the whole adjustment/locking part is very wobbly, making accurate sizing difficult.

The metal is not that hard and is a little flimsy is stretching when you want to draw the circle on hard surfaces
