Hi, Does this dressform run true to size? I am an 8-10 so not sure if I should order the 4-8 size or the 10-18.

Size 4-8 should be fine, as it is true to size. If you need the extra allowance around in certain areas, you can always pad it with modular forms. A size 10-18 may be just a little larger than what you may need. I would order the Size 4-8 with additional purchase of the padded modular forms for the perfect fit.

What size does the small adjust to?

The Small DF150 adjust from bust - 33-40; waist 25-32; and hips 34-41.

Does it disassemble for storage/moving?

Legs only come off. So body form a stand could be moved.

Is the stand included with the red one?
