HypaSoothe Burns First Aid Kit in Vinyl Wallet, Medium - Fully Stocked

The burn gel in these kits is absolutely magic stuff. Every time I've used it, healing time has been a fraction of what I usually get on burns just treated with cold water. The pain relief is quick and significant.I recently suffered a quite serious burn on my hand from a splash of hot cooking oil. The burn covered most of the top of my thumb and some of my hand. I cleaned it off immediately, got it under ice cold water, grabbed a gel sachet, coated the area, and kept an ice pack on it. It's now a few weeks later and I'm left only with a slight discoloration to the skin.It previously saved me a ton of pain when I had my entire arm dowsed in flaming methanol (long story involving poor life choices on my behalf)Cannot recommend this stuff enough.

Bag is a little flimsy but does the job! I got the Small kit which does NOT contain the cutters - it came with everything shown in the picture I uploaded here.It all feels as good quality as expected (I haven’t had a chance to actually test the gels yet and hope I won’t need to!) and the expiry dates on the dressings & gels are more than 3.5 years away so very good!The Basic First Aid leaflet is also very good, gives instructions about other first aid as well as burns.One note is that UK guidance was recently updated to recommend you cool a burn for 20 minutes, whereas the bag & leaflet still just say 10 minutes, but that’s understandable since I’m told it was a relatively recent change.

Good product

The media could not be loaded.  Basic kit but pictures are deceiving. 1. No scissors included 2. Bag is very oversized..and cheap plastic..some first aid instructions on back of bag which is possibly why the bag is so big..Useful addition to first aid kits both household and on the move.

Very helpful. I treated some facial burns and the burn gel was excellent.Thanks to Amazon who delivered this early on the day without merequesting it.

As expected, would of been 5 stars if it wasn't a cheap plastic bag but was good value overall

All that's needed but only enough to treat two smallish burns. So if there is the possibility of more you will need more than one kit. Comes in a plastic bag which is probably best transferred to a proper First Aid kit.
