It is different than other covers I had. The front is very flexible and installs on the outside of the back piece. With the very flexible corners I feel it will protect the phone from small drops and the average bump. In fact in writing this review I accidentally knocked the phone off my desk onto carpet over cement. The phone is fine; happy to report. I do not suggest or advocate trying to see if your case will do better. If you are extremely hard on your phone you will not want this case. Or any case for under $35.One downside is the front cover is not actually touching the screen. I will have to see how that works. I usually like a plastic film type screen protector and will probably pick one up. Another reviews states his or her phone has a screen protector and it works.

It's cool how the case is made/feels. Mine came with the front screen protector part scratched up. Theres a scratch along the bottom (I tried to get a picture) and there's a longer vertical scratch. Annoying, but still functional. Would return if I didn't need a screen protector on my phone before I left for vacation.

I will be ordering my third Casetego today. Each case has lasted me six months (until scratches make the screen difficult to read). I have ordered a dozen different cases, all more expensive than this one, and none of them lasted beyond the first drop. This Casetego case has been dropped, thrown, chewed on by the puppy, spilled upon, heated and frozen- and it has still lasted longer than the others! It isn't so slippery that it slides out of your hand, and it's not too textured to slip easily in your purse or pocket without snagging. And I LOVE that it's fitted, and doesn't increase the size of my phone. Well worth the price.

This isn't a phone protector case at all as it's a case that's good for not getting scratches on your phone. I accidentally dropped my phone in this case and on the back side of my phone it cracked and got a hole in it from being dropped. Good price but not really a good value if you're looking to buy a good & sturdy protective phone case.

Perfect fit and less than 2 minute install! Comes with 2 pieces along with cleaning and dry pads. Install back piece first. Then snap on top piece. Allows you to show the color of your original phone. Has all cut outs where needed at top of device. Perfectly. This case is awesome!
