Very Helpful
I really liked this book. It has a great balance of intuitive explanation, mathematical justification, and practical advice. It also had sections dedicated to R and SAS, depending on your preference. I learned a lot. It is really long, though...

Well explained, practical, with a lot of examples
This is a great book. It covers a vast amount of (mostly) practical information about analysis of variance, regression, factorial experiments, response surface methods... The language is clear, the formulas are clear (although not everything is proven in details - but that would really be an overkill), there are a lot of examples, both solved (manually or with software) and unsolved (exercises). Shows examples both in SAS and R. The only minus for the book is its price, but if you're into the field, it's definitely worth buying.

Notation and Formulas Convoluted
This book was not useful at all for our class. Formulas and notation was very convoluted and little to no examples to help understand concepts.
