Awful customer service, shoddy product
Terrible customer service. I’ve been given the runaround since February looking for a refund/replacement for a grow kit that didn’t grow. Now they’re saying the can issue a refund for orders over 120 days old AND they aren’t making grow kits anymore but here’s a 20% coupon 🙃
