Grand Central Publishing Twelve Patients: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital

Bought this after watching new Amsterdam on Amazon prime. Quite a good read although not really like the programme. The author is such a brilliant doctor and a good human being in general. Got a bit bogged down towards the end of the book but it is worth reading.

Haven't finished reading it yet, it came fast and a little damaged in the side as it has a rip, funny as its brand new and I didn't purchase a used one! When the title said paperback I didn't think it meant it literally! So far its ok the author goes back and forth in his story it doesn't flow straight.

An excellent read that you just has you captivated. A true picture of life in a busy hospital written with sincerity touch of humour and kindness.Uplifting.

Interesting fascinating insightful read. Can visualise the cases, people, hospital running. Explanations given great. Really flows. You want to keep reading.Loved it. Definitely recommend especially if any interest or working in a care/hospital environment. Great read.

Thank God for the NHS.Couldn't live in America listening to these stories.
