These are great for hanging cool plates with very minimal hardware exposed. Great design, and sturdy.

One Gripe
This is the second type of unit that I purchased. The first one had plastic tubing, like aquarium air tube, to protect the item being held. Each leg had about a 1/2" of tubing. This TRIPAR unit was just wire. I used electrical tape to protect the unit being held. Electric tape is certainly not pretty and is distracting.
