My old one disappeared so I needed a new one. This one seemed to fit the bill and works well. It is long enough for my use and the magnet is plenty strong. It has a nice nonslip grip.

Works very well as expected. Compact, has a good weight to it, magnet is strong, telescopes well nothing feels loose, good build quality and the handle feels good in the hand. Will come in handy when I drop a bolt or a socket in my engine bay. Highly recommend, very useful gadget to have around.
