Seemed like a lot of fat came out of these, taste was fine but bit greasy in cooking.

Best tasting i've found since moving to London
I used to get it fresh in a local butchers called Patrick's in Camelon, and this is the closest in terms of taste and freshness. The only down side is they sell it in slices which makes it degrade faster and is wasteful for the environment, also the slab keeps the seal and works out around the same price per 1.8kg-2.0kg sold on amazon as logs I wish they did a log version to buy.

The product quality is outstanding. Exactly what I needed for my work.
Remove all packaging and wrapping from the product. Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a shallow frying to medium heat. Cook slices on each side for 3 minutes until cooked, do not over cook. Oven Cook: Cook on a tray at 180°C for 10-15 mins. Do not over cook.
