Usually buy steamers that are better price, but this is worth it as it’s nice and sleek, fits good in small space to avoid clutter, works with beautiful steam and love the compartment it has for essential oil.

I love this steamer at first I wanted to return it bcus steam was light but after the 3 facial the steam is soooo dense my clients all love it I have used many steamers and this one is by far the best. Light weight and easy to assemble, dense steam, the nozzle is amazing moves all sorts of ways and professional grade.

This steamer has all the features you could want as an esthetician. I like the three arm, pivot maneuver to better position over clients faces, it does feel like solid Plastic-but not cheap!! Built well, other steamer are bulky with a large base profile with minimal steam direction!!!!

I purchase two of these steamers in September of 2018.. The leg on the stand broke off the first one 5 months after purchase and the leg on the second one broke off after 9 months of use. There is obviously a design flaw in this steamer base.

It's all plastic including the water canister. The top opening where you pour your water in is very shallow making it hard to put water into it without splashing. (See photo) The pole that the steamer sits on will not fit my attachment for my magnifying lamp like on previous steamers. Has a really strong plastic smell when running, I ran 2 canisters of water through it and still has plastic smell. If you put ozone feature on it masks it. I can't help but think am I breathing BPA chemicals from the plastic? The aromatherapy felt pad is cool on top of steamer nozzle I just cannot smell my essential oils on it. After steamer get's going can faintly smell it. I tried a lot on the felt and my whole room should have stunk and it didn't. I'll have to mess around with it some more.Easy to assemble. I like that it's lightweight, very easy to move. Arm bends and is easy to adjust. Great steam output. Tried with client today and she liked it saying she didn't feel like she was suffocating like with other steamers. I think the mist particles are smaller. 3 levels of steam output. When ozone is on you can really see it come out. (See photo) It has a warmer function, when your not ready for the steam you can leave it on that setting and it's ready to go instantly when switch to steam, VERY COOL . I like the digital timer. It does beep 3 times then stops when times up. You can avoid hearing beeps if you turn it off before timer goes off. I never leave the room so I don't need the beeping to alert me, I can turn it off before times up. No ticking sound.I may try and contact the company and see if they have a glass water canister to fit in replace of the plastic one. Good potential for this steamer with function, nice looking, but cost for all plastic it's overpriced. If that doesn't bother you then you will like it. Would have been 4 stars with glass canister, 5 if not all plastic.After using this steamer for the past week I upgraded it to four stars. I am using a funnel to put the water in which eliminates the splash. My clients all seem to like it. I'm glad I gave it a chance and didn't send it back.

I love it and it is so simple its honestly saved my life

Two words for all of us purists “PLASTIC JAR”. Every SkinAct I’ve bought has a glass jar. I was so disappointed that I have to send it back.
