I eat salad every day so finding a good acid to add in the dressing is important to me. I use olive oil as my base snd either toss the salad in that and drizzle the vinegar on top or whisk the stream of balsamic vinegar and oil for a more homogenized dressing. Love this vinegar. Had friends tell me they have drizzled it on fruit snd pound cake but haven't tried that yet. Great product. Remember to refrigerate after opening.

This is a very sweet (sugar added) reduction. Great with some oil and vinegar on a sandwich

I use this balsamic reduction on salads, on chicken, on salmon and other foods. It adds great flavor! Love it!

I've tasted many balsamic reductions and to me this is by far the best for this price. I find Alessi comparable to my absolute favorite which cost $48 for the same size bottle. Alessi is lightly sweet with a nice tang. I definitely recommend Alessi Balsamic Reduction

Fantastic! Just like I got from Rome

This is my favorite balsamic glaze and I’ve tasted many. This has a sweeter taste than others so I like it on fruit, some salads or dessert items. I use a lot as I have it every morning on Italian bread toasted with cottage cheese and strawberries on top. My local store is often out so I’m happy it’s on Amazon.
