Great Product
Works Great!Removed years of tough calcium build-up on my pool tiles. Sprayed on and let sit for awhile then scrubbed clean. There is a little bit of work involved, but it got my tiles very clean and I am satisfied and would recommend to anyone who has calcium problems on there pool tiles to use this product. I used this product with a heavy duty scrub pad and it worked great!

Do not waste your time or money!
I had a terrible experience with LayorCare Heavy Calcium Releaser. First, the product did not work at all. Then, the first bottle arrived with the cap off, leaking all over the delivery box. I contacted customer service, but they were completely unhelpful. They sent a replacement—but I was charged twice. This company does not stand behind its product or service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Mosaic tiles
gets most of calcium off. Was hoping a little stronger. Will try again to clean with a soft cloth so don't scratch OLD mosaic pool tiles that cannot be replicated.

My experience
It cleans up lite buildup pretty well and cleans tiles nicely. For the heavy buildup it is not that effective even with wire brush. Rated 3 due to product description stating heavy cleanup which is what I was looking for.

not good for heavy calcium build up.
Disapointed, not as powerful as expected. I'm now using diluted Muriatic acid instead to disolve calcium from my pool tiles.

Save your money and buy something else
Got no results, other than losing my fingernails and fingerprints. Scrubbed the pool tiles at least 5 times with this expensive spray and I didn't get any results until I replaced the spray with a bottle of CLR. CLR removed the white residue on the tile with a lot less effort.

Good stuff for price
Requires multiple applications, but does work better than other alternatives for do it your selfers. The best thing about the product is the ability to clean a large surface area without leaving scratches from more abrasive techniques. I had over calcified my pool due to bad standards using a meter and the result was much scaling around the pool for some time. This product helped alot and gave me a great alternative to having someone fix my error for a couple grand. You can descale your tiles within a day with this product.
