RainDesign great quality as usual
The product has a great quality, looks professional and holds an iPhone 8 Plus with Apple original silicone case without any problems. It looks and feels nice, it's stable and I can recommend it for sure.

solid stand but get the mStand Tablet Plus instead
I bought a "Tablet Plus" model and wanted a second one. The Plus model is a great stand but I thought I would save some money and get the "Tablet" model. I should have spent the extra money because the Tablet Plus is tiltable. The regular Tablet model is fixed at about a 45 degree angle, perfectly diagonal. I find the tilt a little bit much. Secondly, the Plus is actually noticeably larger: taller, and wider. It feels more secure if you have a 10" tablet.Otherwise it's an ok stand. So only 3 stars considering it isn't that cheap. The finish is nicer than the generic stands that you see on amazon (under lots of various Chinese brand names) and this stand looks and feels a bit more premium with smoother edges and smoother (less brushed) finish.

Top Ständer - wie auch schon mein Laptop-Ständer (mStand) von R.D.
Ein robustes und ästhetisches Designstück, das mein iPad Air3 perfekt aufnimmt. Auch deutlich dickere Tablets finden darauf Platz. Der Ständer macht auch ohne Tablet was her und ist ein Schmuckstück auf Schreibtisch oder gar im Wohnzimmer! Preis-Leistung völlig gerechtfertigt! Nutze schon seit fast 10 J. für mein Macbook Pro den Rain Design mStand, den ich ebenso für die Schlichtheit und Funktionalität schätze. Ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen!

Excellent quality - smooth aluminum finish.
First time using products from Rain Design and I am already impressed with its quality, design, craftsmanship and its packaging.The quality of the aluminium finish (the powder coat) of this product is smoother, finer and more uniform than the recent products from Twelve South which I own some. The packaging is less fancy than Twelve South but the quality of paper/carton is sturdier in Rain Design packaging.I have been using this stand every day for a few weeks and I love it. In fact I bought another one in another room.
