Installation was easy enough. The screen isn't quite right color wise. It's got slight backlight bleeding on the top and bottom and a very slight blueish hue throughout. Honestly for the price you can't beat this screen...it brought a phone back from the dead.

Suction cup in tool kit was cheap and did not work. The tool kit did not include a small Phillips head screw drive, which is absolutely essential. So far, the screen looks good.

The Screen works fine. I didn't have any defects. It's only been a few days, so if the screen dies out in a month, I'm sure to change my review, but I'm satisfied with my purchase as it stands.The only thing I can't figure out for the life of me, is what the 3M sticker is provided for?I think most of the negative comments are from people not installing the ribbon connectors correctly, which results in lines, or unresponsive digitizer/screens. I have no comments as to customer relations as I didn't require any.

It does work and fitment is decent (the top doesnt want to stay all the way clipped in, but that is possibly instillation error). My big complaint is the screen is significantly lower quality than the original. Even next to an iphone 4s this screen looks much worse than the original. It is very washed out in color, and when you adjust brightness, instead of a smooth transition from bright to dim, it is very choppy. The dimness part isnt a big deal but the poor picture quality is.Bottom line is, it will get me by for another few months until I buy a new phone. I wouldn't want/trust it for much longer than that.edit:After having this screen for 2 weeks, it intermittently has dead spots on the screen. This is especially noticeable when you are scrolling for anything and it either doesn't work at all or bounces all across the screen.I'm changing my rating from a 3 to a 2 star. This is a cheap way to make your phone useable again. Not fixed, but useable.

I've replaced hundreds of iPhone screens going back to the 3G (check my other reviews) and this is one of the better replacement screens I've bought. The face is white, the screen is bright with no dead pixels, fit and finish are like new, connectors snap in firmly, touchscreen is sensitive and once installed you can't tell it from stock. If you want to replace your 5s screen this is the way to go.
