How easy is this to assemble?

It was pretty easy to put together , got me the hard part is finishing painting , coloring it lol. She loves it and when she’s not here the cat plays in it . But I still need to walls to color . It was a great buy

Does this fold up for storage?

It could it’s just tabs put together holding it up. Might weaken it if you so multiple times

How many kids age 10 fit in this?

Two maybe three at the most. I bought one for my four-year-old grandson, and everyone had a blast coloring it and going in and out of it. But it’s not that big for 10-year-olds.
