Nice
These were really nice, I did return them only because I was looking for something for my husband and this did not work for his project. I would recommend these very well made.

worked the first time; pricey but worth it
Loved that it worked as advertised. I’ve tried a different product (the reverse drill bit extractor) which did not work because the drill bit could not bite into the hex bolt. This extractor set was made of a much harder material, so that just a few hammer blows onto the bit (set into the hex opening) was enough to bite deep and provide traction to turn loosen the hex bolt.

Does not work well with hardened fasteners / metals
If you try and hammer this into metal that is just as hard or harder, the tool will just pop right out.Your fastener should be softer for this type of tool to work well.I would recommend the spiral type of extractor that tightens when unscrewing over these things in most situations. But, you know what they say about extractors...it doesn't hurt to have more options. These things are cheap enough to just keep around, just in case.

Best for home use
Used on a broke off Cummins exhaust manifold bolt. Snapped the first time to tried to use it. Best for at home and/or smaller diy projects.

Excellent!
Work very well and worth every penny. Used the large one to extract a spark plug that had broken off and it worked like a charm.

Decent for the price.
Works well for intended use. Could be of better quality, wars down after a few uses.
