Whomever answered 450 must be mistaken. 450 nanometers is in the BLUE wavelength, approaching UVA (315-400) whereas most illuminators are on the other end of the visible light spectrum in the Red, Near Infrared, at 700 nm. Infrared starts (arguably) at 800nm and extends to 12,000 nm. So if your illuminator is 450nm it will appear as BLUE.
