Easy to use
These were part of a gift basket with truffles after a trip to Italy. They work great!

Poor quality
Product is extremely poor quality. I guess it’s intended to be a plus that there are two in the package but I would much prefer to have one good slicer than two lousy ones. One of them is missing the screw that holds the blade in place so it’s essentially unusable.

the blade is dull and wood handle is in the way.
what do you expect from something so cheap. the blade is dull, but you can take it off and sharpen it. the wood handle feels in the way, but you can swap the blade to the all metal one. they both rattle meaning the blade will giggle a little.
