J'en prenais car marre d'être KO après une crève suivie d'une bronchite. Ça m'a beaucoup aidé. J'ai continué, ne voulant pas redevenir un zombi. 😂 Je vais beaucoup mieux. A utiliser donc quand vous avez un coup de pompe ou pour l'absorption du collagène par exemple. Je le coupe en 2 au quotidien et ne prends qu'un cachet entier quand je suis KO. Exemple durant la canicule.
