Ladies' Tunic Top Cobalt Blue Small

I love this top! I am 5' 120lbs and wear it with leggings to work. I got a Small. Because I'm short it covers my backside and falls to about mid thigh. It's so soft and flowy. I get lots of compliments when I wear it.
