Brilliant!
I cycle over 200 miles a month, across varied terrain, and had been suffering from incredibly painful chaffing at the tops of my legs. Have worn these under cargo shorts on 3 x 15 mile rides and they're SO comfortable. Not even the slightest bit of chaffing! Ordered the XL as I hover between a 34" an 36" waist and they fitted perfectly. Will be ordering more for definite.

Size review.
Seems well made. Only worn for a few rides. Padding still good and doing the job. Quite a high waist and medium length in the leg. It's very frustrating that there aren't many specific size reviews beyond the 'fits ok' or 'fits small.'I'm 78kg 35 inch waist and on the back of one review I sized up to XL. Which turned out to be too big. Large (or even medium for a tighter fit) would have been fine.

A bit uncomfortable
These are not particularly supportive or absorbent and are much harder than my other cycling trousers

The Princess and the Pea!
If you've ever delved into the world of extended cycling, chances are you've danced with the devil known as saddle soreness. It's like the modern-day rendition of the Princess and the Pea fable, only instead of a delicate princess, it's your derrière on a quest for comfort amidst a sea of discomfort!Picture yourself perched on a road bike saddle, sculpted with all the finesse of a medieval torture device. It's the kind of seat that not even a mother's love could redeem. Cycling comfort becomes a Holy Grail quest, whether you're sweating it out indoors on a Concept 2 or tearing up the tarmac on your carbon-fibre steed. So, you turn to the oracle of our times - the internet - in search of salvation for your posterior. And lo and behold, you discover a whole industry dedicated to the art and science of cycling comfort. It's like treating your bum like royalty, only without the royal decrees and fancy titles. But here's the kicker: there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Your nether regions are as unique as a fingerprint, so it's time to give them the bespoke treatment they deserve. Seek advice, my friend, because the last thing you want is a pea-sized annoyance escalating into a full-blown discomfort crisis that sends you fleeing from the saddle like a startled deer.Firstly, invest in a saddle that's as customised as your Spotify playlist. Forget the notion that one size fits all – your posterior deserves better. Then, consult the gurus of the internet, those wise sages who dwell in the depths of YouTube, ready to bestow upon you the secrets of bike setup nirvana. Adjusting seat height, handlebar position, and the distance between them may sound trivial, but trust me, it's the difference between cruising in comfort and feeling like you've gone twelve rounds with a heavyweight boxer. But wait, there's more! Enter stage left: the gel saddle cover. Think of it as a plush velvet cushion for your rear, with brands like Zacro leading the charge in comfort innovation. And now, drumroll please, for the pièce de résistance: the Ohuhu gel cycle shorts. These babies are so good, they'll make you want to hug your bike in gratitude. I mean, I've got four pairs and counting – they're that good. Sure, you could opt for the Tour de France approach and slather yourself in Vaseline, but unless you're planning a solo performance in your living room, it might raise a few eyebrows in public. Stick with the Ohuhu gel shorts; they'll keep you comfortable for hours on end, whether you're hitting the Concept 2 for a sweat session or braving the great outdoors.Just be prepared for a few laughs from the grandkids. They might mistake your gel shorts for extra sanitary protection, but hey, if it means you can pedal in peace, it's a small price to pay for cycling comfort bliss.

Protects from the rigours of the saddle
I have cycled for many years since the day I learned to ride. Until a recent cycling holiday, I never used padded pants. I didn't know what I was missing. I bought these for the long rides we undertook. Boy, was I glad. They came up trumps. I found them very comfortable and they acted as they should. they cushioned my posterior from the hard saddle over the many klicks we covered. If you are planning on a long cycle, these are a good investment as you'll feel less sore afterwards.

Comfortable fit!
These padded bike shorts are a great choice for wearing underneath everyday shorts for riding. I use them to augment the G-Form EX-1 impact shorts because of their flimsy chamois and for my Leatt 5.0 impact shorts because of no chamois. They remain airy and practically unnoticeable when riding on hot summer days. They are short legged so they do not ride up underneath impact shorts or regular casual riding shorts. The padding was of course a tad stiff right out of the box, but softened up nicely after the first wash or two. I do recommend these for the stitching quality, comfort and price.

First time wearing, they were great.
Like most biking clothes, as usual, it's best to order larger, sometimes MUCH larger than your regular clothing size. So, I ordered 2X large, and they turned out to be a perfect fit. I did a 2* hour ride today, on pavement with a small amount of root bumps. I went for an hour ride yesterday, so was prepared to have an ignoble experience today with these new underpants. They turned out to be quite comfortable; I’m not complaining at home with a sore bum.I'll give these a month or two to see if they hold up, and report back. But, so far, for the price, I'm happy. BTW, I use an English Brooks saddle, which isn't exactly the most forgiving saddle unless it's softened up (which mine is, after 1,000 miles), but I love it now that it's broken me in.

Good for smooth, paved trails
3D isn't quite enough for anything more than smooth surfaces. Switched to 4D for the trails near me w/ the occasional surface imperfections like roots under asphalt or patches. So if the goin's smooth, their great; if not get 4D.Otherwise the quality seems good. Mesh allows for great breathing, which I may end up wanting when summer returns. I'd buy again.

Fit Nice - Padding is Pretty Good
I would have liked the padding to be s bit more comfy for my bike ride. They're a perfect length and comfy. I got the men's for extra comfort.
