This kettle heats well and pours well so you should buy it.
Great kettle. Water flow is excellent and easily controlled with pouring technique. I can achieve an almost vertical stream of water when pouring from even a low height. Capacity is good. Heats water to boiling in around 2 minutes when filled to maximum recommended 800ml capacity.Only downside is the beep. It’s loud. It beeps every time you select a function. It beeps when the water hits temperature. It beeps when you put it on the base. Despite the annoying beep, I love the coffee this helps me make albeit jarring at 6am.The kettle’s performance is fantastic. I was tempted to get the stove top Fellow Stagg but I’m glad I went with this. I was only wanting the aesthetic of the Stagg and that’s just stupid given the difference in price. Is it’s main function of being a variable temperature kettle that keeps water warmed acceptable for the price? Yes, it does what it’s supposed to and it’s not a headache to get it to do that.If you’ve read this far, buy the damned thing; you obviously care enough to know if you should be dissuaded if you’re reading my ramblings on it.Will update if I find a cure for the beep.

An okay gooseneck kettle.
It does the job, but the keep warm button stopped functioning after a week’s use. It also stays boiling for like 10Seconds at 100 degrees before it switches off. Lastly, it takes a while to boil a full kettle. Wouldn’t buy it again, but i am still using it because it does the basic job of boiling water and has a pretty good spout for steady pouring.

Looks nice but
The media could not be loaded. The lid is far too tight to get off and onTakes twice as long then an ordinary kettle to boilKeep warm button turns off in a few secondsSays temperature before water is in the kettleSo it went from 41 degrees to 100 so it only gave 60 degrees temperature for the boiled waterI am going to return this productNot a penny is worth for this item

Feels high quality, very functional!
Bigger, sturdier, more substantial than you expect. It has great functionality and the buttons and dial feel really well made, doesn’t feel or look as cheep as you’d think. Flow rate is good and easy to control. Temperature is accurate and stable, it retains the heat well too even without the keep warm function. Overall a great kettle!

Incredible
Great kettle, love its ease of use and the keep warm feature for when I’m out on a tour I can keep it near my desk and know I’ve got water for my coffee to hand

Great kettle but slow boil
Great kettle if there's just 2 of you in the house and you don't mind waiting 5 minutes for it to boil haha otherwise it's great.

Makes pour over coffee a breeze
I love this kettle. Not only does it look fantastic, it brings water to temperature quickly, and the spout allows intricate control when using for pour overs. The 'keep warm' function comes in very handy, as do the preset temperature settings. My only gripe is the 850ml capacity. Would be perfect if it could deal with 1 litre. Anything more than 850ml, and water spurts through the holes in the lid on boiling - though set the temperature to 95 degress, and this doesn't happen... ;-)All in all, excellent.

Important Fault Notification
This product has a manufacturer fault. The handle is spot welded on to the body of the kettle. The weld is very poor in quality. This poses a very serious risk of burns to the user.I have had my kettle handle re-welded correctly. The appliance is operational otherwise and functions generally correctly.I have included a picture of the kettle handle after it has been re-welded.
