nice fit
it fits me good and im a 34 waist size ,its a little snug around privates but not tight or too snug youve got room still and it seems strong enough to take a good hit but i didnt test that yet

Cup not removable
Great fit and relatively comfortable for a product that isn't natural to wear. Given the martial arts this was marketed to, it was nice to see the cup provides a bit more coverage between the legs as well. The only complaint is that the cup is not removable which may complicate washing of the jockstrap.

Rubs against the groin.
Got this for my nephew. He s in school s base ball team and well..The build is great and the fabric is ok too.He wore them over his undies to try them initially and walked/ran around a bit to mimic the baseball movement.It rubs against the groin and was uncomfortable the whole time.Product is good but the design could have been better.
