I would happily give this 5/5 as it removed mould easily, it comes with 2 bottles you of the eliminator (the stuff you spray on the mould) so you can spray it generously (or save it for longer use), I sprayed it along the wall near the window where we can some mould regularly, sprayed it pretty generously to ensure it covers everywhere and left it for a hour, it does say to wipe away any remains though didn't say with a damp cloth so we left it and moved to stage 2. Apply the second bottle (preventer) which is supposed to help prevent the mould returning. Of course this doesn't offer immunity but it slows its regrowth down and i admit, since applying, we haven't seen a trace of it. The winter months will test this to its limits due to higher humidity indoors with trying to trap heat in.I only gave it 4/5 due to one of the eliminator bottles was leaking, which its probably quite problematic, these are bleach based products so the delivery driver might have this on his hands, not a very healthy thing to not be aware of on your hands, i also had this on a carpet floor which could of stained. Fortunately it didn't. I didn't opt to return as it was only one of the eliminator bottles leaking and there was two so not the end of the world.It was applied to painted walls (matte paint) and no real discolouring either! The wall is slightly discoloured due to other mould removes so not sure if this just blended with them or not but i cant see a deal different. Great for painted walls but if in doubt, test in a our of sight area first.

Cleans mould easily, gloves for hand protection, smells nice, protect surface color. Applied once and mould disappeared forever

Clears the mould marks fast without leaving stains. Quality items including the gloves and microfibres.Just one thing, the spray stopped spraying so just used the solution on the microfibre

This product was amazing removed the black mould on a bedroom ceiling and it has not come back. Simple instructions which were easy to follow.

Great product which removes mould fast and effectively, but a really short expiry date (just under 4 months) on the items which is annoying. I would not have purchased if I had known the expiry date was so soon.

OK, so my only regret with this product is, I didn't take a before and after picture to add to this review. I had low expectations, having used other mould products.I went out and bought some marigold gloves, assuming the included gloves would be flimsy. But no, the gloves in the pack are quite tough enough, not flimsy at all.I dutifully hoovered off any loose dust and grime, then squirted with bottle one. The mould eliminator. Waited three minutes (although it was working before my eyes!) then wiped with the included cloth. Honestly I was stunned, the paintwork and walls came up beautifully.Next step is to spray with bottle two, mould sanitiser. Very easy to apply again. Leave that for an hour to work on the spores and mycelium, then wipe and dry.We are in an old house, in the country, with single glazing and inefficient heating. Mould in some of the rooms is an ongoing battle. But with this, I feel like we might be able to keep ahead.The smell wasn't actually all that bad, we did work with the windows open, and left it open to air afterwards. But I feel comfortable sleeping in it tonight after treating this afternoon.Our walls were black. Sticky, black mould, coming up the skirting boards, onto the walls. Really awful stuff. I am so impressed.I'll be following the instructions to retreat every six months.
