Horrible quality
Idea of product is wonderful, and that's where it ends. My item arrived in a mangled box and even though I saw apparent damage and rust through broken box, I opened it to see if maybe it's a part that's hidden or maybe easy for vendor to replace. Well, pretty much every part was rusty! Instructions also clearly state that it's to be kept out of the elements and not wet....it IS a pool float storage compartment that CANT GET WET!?!? Wheels are poor for outdoor use unless you have freshly paved area (ha). The parts have an odd assembly and I quickly requested a refund. If this was $40 I'd say keep it because I can paint the rust somehow with a paint that CAN withstand the elements (or at least water!!!) and replace every 2 or so years if that needed to happen.....for THIS price point I EXPECT quality upon arrival, longevity, ability for get pool float holder wet! Size and storage is perfect....materials and quality so extremely poor, bummed because nothing out there really fits my needs.

Works for its purpose but not well made.
I bought this to store a couple of long pool floats and some smaller items. It's well sized for that purpose, and blends nicely with our Frontgate decor. But it came with several serious problems. First, the plastic wicker on one of the vertical separators was torn. This wasn't an especially visible part so I fixed that with electrical tape. Second, the brackets holding the casters are cheaply made and will bend easily, flattening the caster on its side. Third, and related, the casters are too close to each other to be stable; and with any kind of load the unit becomes tippy. I will probably remove the casters entirely, or refasten them closer to the corners.

Good outdoor accessory - some helpful tips for assembly
This is a solid well-constructed accessory. Once it's together you're going to be happy with it. The pieces are easily identified, the instructions are clear, and it looks great. The screws go together using a supplied allen (hex) wrench. You will go BONKERS trying to put this together with this fiddly thing. You will want a proper driver of some kind - a cordless drill or at least a good solid screwdriver. It is a 6 mm hex bit you're going to need. Buy one, borrow one, do whatever you need to do, but you'll hate your life trying to put this together with the supplied hex wrench. All I could think about putting this together with my cordless drill was how awful this would be if I didn't have the drill. This next bit of advice goes for any piece of DIY furniture - don't fully tighten all of the screws until all of the screws are at least on their threads. Some of the pieces have some flexibility to them and others do not, and if you screw them down hard you won't be able to align the holes for the other ones. At each stage, put them all in a little, then screw them all down. Also - be very very careful removing the protective packaging. There is tape holding some of it on, and if you cut it off too aggressively, you're going to cut the wicker too and ruin your new storage caddy.

DO NOT BUY
Not as described. Grey is NOT grey. The base if brown and with wicker is a mixture of grey, brown and some green. When it arrived, the box was taped and stapled - which resulted in the box getting destroyed when opening it. Therefore, the seller wouldnt take it back. I had to file and A to Z claim.

Rusty organization
Sturdy and easy to assemble but disappointed after first rain. Call me crazy but I don't believe an "outdoor" item should rust this easily.

Great for organization, doesn’t hold many floats
Item was just as pictured/described. It is sufficient enough for our needs and provides the organization i was looking for in our pool area. It doesn’t hold many floats, unless they are the thin inflatable ones. It holds 3 of our floats, all of our pool noodles and several volleyballs and baskets balls we use in the pool. I wish there was an extension to add more slots for rafts, but am otherwise satisfied with purchase. If you are looking to organize and contain more than a few floats, you may be disappointed.

Came damaged
Unfortunately it was was damaged upon receipt. At the curve on the rack part the wicker is ripped and two of the wheels seemed used. I tried to write the manufacturer about the damage to no avail; I hope they see this and either send a replacement part, refund some money or send a repair kit.Otherwise, the this is pretty nice; the directions were great and, although one screw took about half an hour, it was an easy assembly (and I am terrible at diy projects). I especially liked that the hardware kit had extra pieces. I don’t know how it will hold up, especially after arriving damaged.

Worst purchase ever!
I can not begin to tell you how unsatisfied I am! It arrived with NO instructions, NO hardware to put it together and DAMAGED in three places!!!! I wish I could give it 0 Stars! I paid over $200 for a piece of crap! This is by far the worst on-line purchase I’ve ever made. I have the choice of 1.) packing a 50 lb heap of junk and try to send in back 2.) try to find screws to piece it together or 3.) drag it to the curb!
