What a great, customer focused, company
This is my first product rating ever - and really the rating is more for the company. The only reason I gave this company (Office Beyond) 5 stars is because I wasn't allowed to give them 6. They really worked with me to make sure I got the correct parts and converters to fit my appliance. This involved several parts exchanges and numerous e-mails (too many to count) and through it all they were extremely helpful and fast. This is the best customer service experience I have had in years (maybe even ever).
